The Clean Air System Roasting Method
Unlike standard industrial ovens that roast beans via direct flame contact, Caffè Milano uses the patented Clean Air System. This advanced convective method blows pure, heated air through the roasting drum.
By preventing green coffee beans from touching any metal plates heated by direct flame, we eliminate the combustion of organic residues and harmful gas deposits. This guarantees uniform roasting, prevents bitter burnt notes, and results in a clean, stomach-friendly, and highly aromatic coffee.
